Miguel Tanfelix, the Kapuso Primetime Prince?

One smile from him can make any girl's heart skip a beat.

 

Kapuso teen star Miguel Tanfelix has the makings of the next matinee idol. With looks to die for and a passion to excel, we're pretty sure you'll see more of Miguel in years to come.

 

The young actor recently starred in the Telebabad series Niño, and was highly praised by critics. Making him one of the most in-demand talents today.

 

So we asked Miguel how he is able to handle the enormous pressure of being called the Kapuso Primetime Prince?

 

Miguel said, “Oo naman po mayroon po talagang pressure po sa akin ‘yun. Dahil kumbaga mayroon ka ng title [so] dapat hindi mo biguin ‘yung mga viewers. ‘Yung mga katrabaho mo. [Ang] GMA na binigyan ka ng title so dapat gawin mo 'yung best mo palagi.”

 

In the Sunday night comedy series Ismol Family, Miguel plays the role of Tan-Tan who is romantically in love with his schoolmate Yumi (Bianca Umali).

 

When asked what advice he'll give to Tan-Tan to win over Yumi’s heart, he quipped that a guy must show that he is sincere. He should also make the girl feel that he's 100% committed to her.

 

“Maibibigay ko na payo para sa mga nanliligaw diyan eh maging kayo. Maging natural lang kayo kasi para mamahalin kayo nung nililigawan niyo as kayo. Hindi niyo babaguhin ‘yung sarili niyo. Tapos siyempre kailangan diyan ‘yung effort dapat ramdam na ramdam niya and care.”
