Japanese singer Ado

Ado talks about her Hibana tour and visiting the Philippines this May 8 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Japanese sensation Ado is setting stages ablaze with her highly anticipated World Tour 2025 "Hibana" as she brings her explosive vocals and signature intensity to fans across the globe. And she's bringing it to the Philippines!

Fans can catch Ado on May 8 at the Mall of Asia Arena as she marks a historic debut. It is also one of the year's most anticipated J-pop events.

Ado said, "In my life, I think every year has been a growth, but 2024 has been the richest and fulfilling. I am fortunate that I got to experience so much at a young age and I learned so much. By encountering so many different cultures, music and entertainment, I was able to show my growth to everyone around the world which I will treasure for the rest of my life."

She has also expressed a desire to build a deeper, more personal connection with her audience and fans

"This year, I will embark on my 2nd world tour, 'Hibana,' and I want to show my growth as an artist since the last Wish tour. It's difficult to actually talk to all the fans directly, one-on-one, but I hope to create and share special time together with them that overcomes the language barrier. I want to put out a special show for you. This tour is a bigger tour with more visits to the cities I've never been to. I hope to put out shows for everyone around the world that people will remember as their best memory."

Ado has also talked about her insights into the inspiration behind the Hibana Tour, offering a glimpse into the creative vision and emotion fueling this fiery new chapter in her career.

"Out of many options, I originally thought about naming the tour “Spark.” Spark in Japanese is “Hibana” and the word “spark” is an option used in context like “spark a revolution” or start a fire. Since my last world tour “Wish,” as an artist, Ado, who has grown since then, I want to spark and light up a bigger fire of possibilities and create an opportunity for people around the world to get to know more about the beauties of Japan, Japanese culture and Japanese music.

"I want to spark a fire onto that future and the possibilities. Starting a revolution might be too ambitious because I'm not a revolutionist. But if my Hibana (spark) becomes bigger and bigger for better future and possibilities, that would be amazing. So as my next step, I named the tour “Hibana” in Japanese."

Ado speaks about her upcoming visit to the Philippines, expressing her thoughts on the country and its people ahead of her first performance.

"I am genuinely happy and excited to be able to visit the city which I've only seen on TV and online. I want to try Philippine bananas, mangos and Halo-Halo!"

As Ado's World Tour 2025 "Hibana," sweeps across Asia, her excitement is unmistakable--this tour marks not just a milestone in her career but a bold step forward in her evolution as a live performer. With each stop, she's not only delivering the powerhouse vocals fans know and love, but also revealing deeper layers of her artistry on stage. For Ado, this is more than a tour--it's a celebration of growth, connection, and the raw, electric energy that only live music can bring.
