With only a couple of days left until the start of the 72nd Miss World Festival, the Miss World Philippines organization is asking Filipino pageant fans and supporters to show their love for country representative Krishnah Gravidez before she departs for India.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, the Miss World Philippines organization posted an invitation to fans to send off Krishnah at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on May 6, at 8:30 a.m. In the caption to the post, the organization called on supporters to “fill the air with cheers, pride, and love.”
The 72nd Miss World Festival will be held from May 7th to 31st in Telangana, India.
Miss World PH Krishnah Gravidez is a perfect fit for the Miss World crown
Krishnah had taken part in a lot of activities before her send-off tomorrow. Last month, she visited the the Indian Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency Harsh Kumar Jain, and his esteemed spouse, Smt. Vandana Jain. In the caption to the post, the organization wrote that the visit was characterized by “enriching conversations about the vibrant history and rich culture of India.”
Krishnah has also been busy with advocacy work. Earlier in April, the Miss World Philippines organization's official Instagram account posted multiple photos of Krishnah painting a daycare center at Purok 15 in Irisan, Baguio City.
The daycare center painting was organized together with Krishnah's own non-government organization Color the World with Kindness' Beauty With A Purpose project.
These beneficiary daycare centers were the same ones she visited in January this year. Krishnah has also asked for donations and financial help for the centers.
Colors of Kindness, Krishnah's non-government organization, also participated in the Session Road in Bloom event that was first announced by the Miss World Philippines organization on their Instagram account back in February.
Krishnah also posted multiple photos of her and the buyers at the Colors of Kindness booth at this year's Panagbenga celebration.
In the caption to the post, Krishnah wrote that she was touched at how each person who visited the booth brought “light, kindness, and inspiration” and that their words were something that she would bring with her to the 72nd Miss World Festival.
