It's all about girl power as Superhero Sunday presents Wonder Woman!
When god of war Ares runs amok in New York City, it is up to Wonder Woman to save the day!
But she is not yet the brave hero we have come to love. She is simply Amazon Princess Diana, shaped from the sands of her home Themyscirian and given life by the blood of her mother, Queen Hippolyta.
When Ares escapes his prison in Themyscirian, he wreaks havoc in New York City and even tricks the god of the underworld, Hades, into removing the magic bracers that bind his powers. It is up to Diana to subdue him and bring him back to Themyscirian.
With the help of her friend United States Airforce Colonel Steve Trevor, will she be able to defeat Ares? Will she be able to save New York City? How will Diana, Princess of the Amazons, transform herself into the beloved hero, Wonder Woman?
