Max Collins, mas magaling magpaiyak?

Max Collins has elevated herself into one of this year's actresses to look out for. Having recently posed for the 15th anniversary cover of a popular men's magazine, she showed off her curves and a mature side to her. She's also giving a powerful performance as Amanda on GMA Afternoon Prime's Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali?
She elicits laughs every Friday night in Bubble Gang, along with the rest of the Bubble Shakers. Has the shift from comedy to heavy drama caused her any hesitation?
"Actually, gusto ko talaga 'yung heavy drama. I'm happy with heavy drama. Hirap lang ako sa lines minsan. Ito eh, ang ganda ng script, hindi ka puwedeng sumablay kasi sobrang ganda ng script eh," Max says.
The role of Amanda is emotionally demanding and she takes it as a challenge.
"At the same time, it's a challenge for me and I guess it teaches me not to be content sa mga ginagawa ko. Hindi ko puwedeng sabihin, 'Ah madali lang 'yan' kasi hindi siya madali. Mahirap talaga, so you grow," she adds.
Is it easier for her to make people laugh or make people cry?
"Oh my gosh! Neither!" she says, laughing.
She thinks about it for a while and continues.
"Mas madaling magpaiyak kasi ako, seryoso akong tao. Actually, I just became light because of Bubble Gang," Max shares.
The Kapuso beauty is humbled by the talents she sees both in Bubble Gang and in Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali?
"Hindi pa din ako marunong magpatawa. So I would say, mas madali pa din magpaiyak ng tao kesa magpatawa. Kailangan genius ka to do that. It's hard," she ends.
