How to make Roasted Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Bacon with Caramelized Onion



Procedure for Roasted Pork:
 
1. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper 
2. Rub pork with dried rosemary and chopped garlic


 
3. Wrap the pork tenderloin with bacon 


 
4. Sear the wrapped pork in a medium heated pan until the bacon is slightly brown


 
5. Roast in an oven until the meat is tender and done.

 
Procedure for the Caramelized onion:
 
1. On the same pan used for searing the meat, add sliced onions
2. Season onions with salt and pepper
3. Cook the onions until it caramelize

 
 
Procedure for Gravy:
 
1. Melt butter in a pan, add the flour, continuously stir until the flour is cooked
2. Add meat drippings, laurel leaf and chicken stock 
3. Stir continuously to prevent lumps


 
4. When the consistency is thick, remove pan from heat
5. Transfer gravy to a serving dish
