Wyn Marquez wins three Binibining Pilipinas special awards

Despite failing to bring home one of the five Binibining Pilipinas crowns this year, Teresita Ssen 'Wyn' Marquez was a clear crowd favorite and the recipient of three special awards.
She won Binibining Best in Talent, Binibining Best in National Costume and She's So Jag 2015. The Kapuso performer also bagged a spot in the top 15.
In the question and answer portion, she was asked about peace and goodwill by one of the judges Gen. Greogorio Pio Catapang Jr.
"If you win one of the crowns tonight, will you become an ambassadress of goodwill? What is your message of peace for your fellow Filipinos, specially at this time?" he posed.
Quickly and confidently, Wyn shared her message of peace to her countrymen.
"I would tell to a fellow Filipino, that we should learn the importance of dialogue to be able to have a conflict resolution. Filipinos have integrity, they have passion and are determined to persevere. If we all unite and just be able to help one another, then we will achieve peace," she said.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com over a year ago, Wyn expressed that her plans of joining a beauty pageant was less for the victory and more for the experience.
"The fact lang na makasali ako, I feel like a winner already," she declared.
