Kapuso actress Andrea Torres is currently in Argentina to film her new international movie project, 'Pasional.'
Andrea flew out of the country on October 21 and will be staying there for almost two weeks to work on some of the film's scenes.
In 'Pasional,' Andrea will be playing Mahalia, a tango dancer and a jury member for the International Tango Dance Festival.
She will be acting alongside veteran Argentine actor Marcelo Melingo who will play a biologist named Norberto.
"It's actually a love story. 'Yun 'yung pinaka na-e-excite ako kasi gustung-gusto kong gumagawa ng mga love story. I don't want to say anything that might spoil it, pero natuwa lang ako sa idea kung paano sila nag-meet kasi parang destiny na magkita sila," Andrea said of the movie and her character.
Andrea has begun filming for the movie. She also attended the press conference for the film and gave a few interviews for Argentine television. "I'm good, I'm very excited. Masaya akong nandito ako, I'm happy to be here," she declared.
"I think the similarities that [Argentina] has with our country is the people, the feel of the place, that's why it didn't take a lot for me to adjust because I really felt like I'm at home," Andrea added.
'Pasional' is a co-production among movie and television studio Malevo Films, GMA Network, producer Ferdinand Dimadura, and associate producer Agustín Vargas Clerico.
