RJ Padilla unfazed in playing gay roles

Padilla scion RJ Padilla has no qualms playing gay roles on TV.
In his exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, the Bubble Gang star admitted that he has become comfortable playing homosexual characters, despite being part of a showbiz clan known for their machismo.
RJ explained that it was easy for him to play a gay role since he enjoys doing it with his fellow Bubble Gang boys.
“Oo eh! Correct! So 'pag may mga gay roles kami kasama akong mga lalaki na nagpapa-gay din. Nakaka-enjoy kasi nakakatawa kami.”
The Kapuso comedian also commended the strong camaraderie between the cast and crew of the longest-running gag show in the Philippines, Bubble Gang.
RJ added that stars like him can voice their opinion or ideas to formulate exciting episodes for the gag show.
“Actually 'yun nga ‘yung maganda ngayon. Sabi rin sa akin ni Dos (Boy 2 Quizon) na mayroon na tayong salita. May boses na tayo ngayon. At sila naman may tenga at nakikinig na sa atin.”
“So kaya mas nagiging mas solid ‘yung Bubble Gang ngayon parang as a family talaga kami lahat. Writers, directors, staff lahat kami nagtutulungan.”
