Recipe: Sizzling Tofu and Mushroom in Cream Sauce



Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry tofu until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.


2. Sauté onion, garlic, bell peppers and mushroom.


3. Season with oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper


4. Add tofu and all purpose cream, simmer for a minute. Transfer to a hot sizzling plate.


 
5. Sprinkle with chili peppers and chopped parsley
