School is cool para sa mga Kapuso stars

Kapuso celebrities are definitely people to look up to because they don’t only perform well in front of the camera, they also prioritize the importance of education.
One good example is Let the Love Begin star Phytos Ramirez who dreams of becoming a pilot. He studies in a regular aeronautics school.
“Regular school [po ako] so hirap pero okay naman kasi siyempre kailangan mo din ng back-up sa life,” the aspiring pilot said in Unang Hirit.
He even imparted an advice, “Dedication lang talaga ang kailangan mo at saka 'yung dream mo sa buhay.”
Smart and talented Renz Valerio graduated high school with five awards and he is on to study Marketing Management in college.
The Master Showman host said balance is the key, “Time management lang talaga. Tapos idedepende sa scheduling. Double A for effort talaga ako dapat. Balance lang talaga.”
If most artists go to regular schools to get their degrees, Miguel Tanfelix and Bianca Umali as well as Pari 'Koy tween star Jillian Ward prefer homeschool.
The Kapuso love team cited the pros and cons of attending a homeschool program versus enrolling in a regular school.
“Mahirap kapag regular school for us [dahil mahirap] makapag-cope up with the other students and classmates namin pero better pa rin [ang] regular school…nakaka-miss,” Bianca explained.
Miguel graduated from a regular high school but will take up a homeschool program in college. He said, “Siguro para sa akin mas makapag-focus ako sa pag-aaral kapag homeschool pero masaya rin naman ang regular school. ‘Pag home-school, puwede mo dalhin sa taping 'yung mga binibigay sa ’yo na modules ng mga teacher mo [at] sa bahay. ‘Pag wala kang gagawa, 'yun 'yung gagawin mo.”
Time really does run fast because Jillian who’s a former child star is already in Grade 4 and has always been homeschooled.
The tween star enjoys the perks of flexible time in her program. She shared, “Mas okay po 'yung home study. 'Yung school po namin one-on-one po eh kaya po hindi na po kailangan dalhin po 'yung mga homework sa taping.”
