Benjamin Alves on Cosmo Carnival 2015: 'Kung may 6 packs man or wala it's gonna be enjoyable'

Kapuso actor and hunk Benjamin Alves will be seen once again in the sexiest bachelor event of the year. This Saturday, he is looking forward to more fun and surprises as a treat to the readers of Cosmopolitan magazine for the Cosmo Carnival 2015.
“I heard it's like Cosmo carnival sa theme eh. Of course, more skin, more fun.”
He added, “There's gonna be skin, but it's like a carnival. I've been to a carnival but I've never been to a carnival na puro lalake. So, bahala na. Again, as far as the Cosmo alumni, I guess we're just here to support the event and also especially the Kapuso centerfolds.”
Benjamin said that he is pleased that there are Kapuso artists like him who will be part of the show.
“Well it's great that they got other Kapuso artists. I think Enzo is coming also. Derrick (Monasterio), congratulations, now he's part of the centerfold and he really worked hard for it.”
This year is Derrick’s first time to join the Cosmo bachelor bash, and Benjamin believes that this is a good move for his career since he just reached the right age to flaunt some skin. “It's good kasi I think he just turned 20 this year. It's a good introduction for young adults.”
The hunk actor also mentioned that it is the men of the Cosmo centerfold who will be on the spotlight.
“You let the centerfolds, this is their show. We're just here to grace the ramp. The centerfolds and the bachelors, this is their year. We're giving it to them, we're just here to show support.”
“For us naman ano naman, wala lang, we're gonna pay homage to the Cosmo girls. If Cosmo invites you to these things, you have to say yes eh. Why would you say no? Just to enjoy, the last time I enjoyed it as well. 'Di na kailangan ng gimik or whatever. Everyone's there to enjoy the event. We're going to enjoy it as well.” Benjamin added.
Since he will be walking half naked, he said that he did two things to achieve the coveted body for the event.
“Diet and running.”
Benjamin added, “Kung may 6 packs man or wala it's gonna be enjoyable.”
