James Teng considers himself untalented but determined to win ‘StarStruck’ through pure effort

Six footer ‘StarStruck’ contestant James Teng does not deny feeling small amidst talented and good-looking competitors. The fear, however, transforms into motivation every time he remembers how much he wants to be a star.

James admits that he’s not the most skilled in the batch but he has so much to offer.

“Ako 'yung no talent guy at gusto kong makita nila na may potential [ako]…

One of his most unforgettable experiences as a ‘StarStruck’ contestant to date is being lauded by dance guru Douglas Nierras who named him as someone to watch out for and take notice of.

[at nakakahawa] daw ako ng good vibes,” he shared.

If others are set on winning, James is focused on wanting to learn. He hopes that this receptiveness will help his survival in the reality-based artista search.

Gusto kong matuto talaga. Sobrang mahal ko [ang learning],” he concluded.
