Kevin Sagra gained confidence when he joined 'StarStruck'

Kevin Sagra was grateful that he gained confidence after a series of workshops and performances in StarStruck.
Before he joined StarStruck, Kevin was used to being on the sidelines when he played as a drummer for a band in Davao.
Kevin pondered, “Before sa amin sa Davao, hindi po ako napapansin. Napapansin lang ako 'pag nagpapatugtog ako ng instruments. Kasi may band ako noon, boy band. Then palagi lang silang napapansin kasi drummer ako, sila ‘yung nasa front. Then ako nasa likod lang.”
After Kevin realized that confidence is the key to help him stand out in StarStruck, he vowed that he will do his best to perform better as part of the Ultimate Final 14.
“Kailangan mag-stand out. Sa sayaw [particularly]. Kailangan consistent 'yung energy. 'Yung sharpness ng galaw para makita ka ng mga direktor. Ginagawa ko 'yung best ko hindi lang para sa akin kung hindi para sa family ko at sa mga taong nagmamahal sa akin."
Kevin revealed that he did not anticipate gaining a number of supporters upon joining the reality based artista search.
He said, “Sobrang shocked ako kasi hindi ko alam na gugustuhin din pala ako ng tao. Na may something din pala sa akin at na-a-appreciate nila ako at 'yung talent ko at personality ko.”
