Did Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo go on a lunch date?

While 'My Faithful Husband' lead stars Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo have denied that they are back in a relationship, the ex-lovers still seem to be spending a lot of time together off set.
Jennylyn and Dennis shared similar photos on their Instagram account, hinting they spent lunch together yesterday.
“Best Steak Ever,” the actress wrote while the Kapuso hunk noted in his post, “Masarap na tanghalian kanina.”
The photos were also taken at the same steakhouse in Paranaque City.
Two weeks ago, Jennylyn and Dennis also sported what looks like a pair of couple shoes.
