Analyn Barro took her final bow as she failed to make it to the top 8 of reality-based artista search StarStruck.

"Thank you sa lahat ng suporta, lalo na sa lahat ng Visayan people. I am so blessed to be part of StarStruck. God knows that I fought a good fight. To my StarStruck hopefuls, I will miss you so mich. Huwag n'yo ko kalimutan!" she said during her goodbye speech.

The 18-year-old hopeful from Bacolod garnered a total audience and council score of 81.2% while the second lowest scorer Ayra Mariano got 82.8%.

They were joined in the bottom group by Avery Paraiso and Elyson de Dios who got the most number of votes in the contestants' vote out.

The past week, they were trained to take on comedic roles under veteran comedian and creative director Michael V, Pepito Manaloto director Bert de Leon and Bubble Gang headwriter/director Cesar Cosme.

For the StarStruck council, comedy is a useful skill the contestants should develop.

"Ang basa ko [ay ang pagpapatawa ay] isang special gift. Nasasayo kung paano pagyamanin at alagaan," council member and entertainment guru Joey de Leon said.

First StarStruck Ultimate Female Survivor Jennylyn Mercado imparted her personal experience in her comedic career.

"Recently lang naman ako nagpapatawa sa pelikula eh so feeling ko naaaral din siya," she shared.

Guest judge Wally Bayola in the form of Coach Cynthia, meanwhile, reminded Analyn that her journey continues.

"Hindi ito katapusan. Ito pa lang ang simula. At balang araw, babangon kayo at luluhod ang mga tala," the Sunday PinaSaya character noted.
