Sam Smith thanks Filipinos for his 'magical' trip in Manila

English singer-songwriter Sam Smith came to Manila for the Asian leg of his ‘In The Lonely Hour Tour’ held on November 21 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, and he leaves the Philippines with a grateful heart for his “magical” trip.

“Manila – that was unreal,” he expressed in one of his Instagram posts.
Smith was also awarded a triple Platinum record plaque for his debut studio album ‘In The Lonely Hour.’
“Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased my album and made this first trip so magical,” he said.
The recording artist left the country today, but gave a hint about his return.
“See you soon Manila,” Smith wrote.
