Rafael Rosell, gustong gumanap ng mga offbeat roles

Kaninang hapon, pumirma ng tatlong taong kontrata ang hunk actor na si Rafael Rosell at katulad pa rin ang kanyang excitement mula nang pumasok siya sa Kapuso network noong 2012.

Masaya na sinalubong ng GMA executives na sina Chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, Senior Vice President for Entertainment TV Lilybeth G. Rasonable at Vice President for Drama Productions Reggie A. Magno ang Kapuso star kasama ang kanyang manager na si Popoy Caritativo.

"First of all, [pumirma ako ulit] dahil mahal niyo rin ako [at] ang daming projects na nabigay sa akin sa unang kontrata. Alang-alaga ako dito [kaya] I don’t doubt my future dito with GMA. Excited ako for the next three years to come and just super honoured, thankful, and grateful," saad ng aktor sa panayam ng GMANetwork.com.

Short but sweet naman ang mensahe ni FLG, "He’s a welcome addition to our stable of very good artists. I’m very happy that he has agreed to join us."

Samantala, isang mabuting relasyon sa pagitan ng network at ng artista ang pinapahalagahan ni LGR. Pinuri niya rin ang hunk actor, "We're glad he's with us because he's a prized talent. He's very good in drama, and he has many other talents. He can host, act and dance. He's [also a] sports-minded [and] very well-rounded artist.

Malaki raw ang naitulong ng Kapuso network sa kanyang karera ngayon, "Maraming exposure dito, maraming iba't ibang roles na nabigay pero I think I have more to give that's why they signed me for another contract."

Isa pa sa layunin ng Kapuso star ay "to portray different types of personalities [like] an off character na medyo sira ulo or something na hindi [ko] pa nagagawa sa TV, something like [a] psycho."

Ala Don Romantiko ang pangkaraniwang papel na ginagampanan ni Rafael at nagpatikim na ng kilig ang pagtambal niya kay Kapuso star Carla Abellana sa 'Dangwa.'

Ngayong Lunes (November 30) ay magsisimula na ang kanyang panibagong serye na 'Because of You' kasama ang aktres at ang beteranong leading man na si Mr. Gabby Concepcion.

Ayon kay LGR, kusang ibinigay ang role ni Oliver sa aktor, "Kasi bagay talaga sa kanya ang role. We’re very happy because we've already got feedback about the first two days, and he was one of the artists that were noticed. Napuri ang kanyang acting [na] very convincing daw."
