Bianca Umali wins Best Dramatic Actress at Jinseo Arigato intl film fest

Kapuso actress Bianca Umali's performance in her new film, Mananambal, was recognized in Japan.
Bianca Umali has achieved another milestone in her career, earning the Best Dramatic Actress award at the recently concluded Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival in Nagoya, Japan.
Mananambal was one of the Filipino films selected as entries for the said international film festival. Starring in the horror film with Bianca is National Artist and award-winning actress Nora Aunor.
"I am honored to stand in front of you here receiving this award, Best Dramatic [Actress]. Maraming salamat po. This means the world to me. This award acknowledges all of the hard work and dedication that I have poured into my craft and in this project," Bianca said in accepting the award.
She continued, "My deepest gratitude to the whole cast and crew of this film that I'm very much proud of, ang 'Mananambal.' To my director, Direk Adolfo Alix Jr., to BC Entertainment... maraming salamat po sa oportunidad po na ito. Of course, to my GMA Network family, thank you so much. I am here receiving this award with you and for you. To Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival, maraming salamat po sa recognition na ito.
"I would also like to share this award with my idol, the Philippines' National Artist, Ms. Nora Aunor. Karangalan ko po na makatrabaho kayo and I hope that you are here with me, maraming maraming salamat po.
"And lastly, I would like to share this award with all of the aspiring actresses out there, who may have been gone through so much obstacles along the way. I want you to know that your dreams are valid. And that with the right amount of perseverance, passion, love, and respect for yourself and for the work you do, everything and anything is possible."
