Ina Raymundo shares diet on maintaining sexy figure

Ever heard of the "30% Gym and 70% Kitchen" calculation? They say, "Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym!"

Sexy mom of five Ina Raymundo, 40, devotes five days a week to Zumba dance workouts, boxing, TRX exercises and lifting weights in the gym. But what we don't know, she's also mindful of what she eats in the kitchen.

The former MariMar star said she has a mental calorie calculator when it comes to her food intake, and that she eats small, frequent meals to boost her metabolism.

"I eat six small meals every day. Basta ang diet ko para akong may diabetes. I eat like I am a diabetic which means less sugar [and] less carbohydrates," she said on her "Mars" guesting last Friday.

Did you know she suffered from Gestational Diabetes when she was pregnant? A diet in a form of a chart was created specifically for the sexy actress, and it prompted her to strictly eat healthy foods up until today.

During her cheat days, Ina still consumes anything in moderation. "Kahit lima na 'yung [mga] anak ko, siyempre nagchi-cheat pa rin ako lalo na noong Christmas. Kain talaga ako sobra, walang workout!" she added.

The kontrabida actress makes sure she goes back in her fitness routine every time, "I call it 'resetting' [which is] back to six small meals na talagang walang cheat."
