Before the airing of the finale episode of Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman, co-host John Nite recounted what he’ll miss most.

“Twenty years is no joke. All the guests, 'yung mga spontaneity namin dun, 'yung mga palpak namin, [etc.] It had a lot of imperfections but the show is known to be like that [and we had a lot of fun],” he said.

He describes the show, which has become a home to him, as one of its kind.

“[There are so many] budding talents, those [who] wanted to make it in showbiz [who were given an opportunity here] and I think that’s what I’m gonna miss because there will be no other show like that,” he added.

As the late night variety program comes to an end, he celebrates all the achievements that Kuya Germs reached from That’s Entertainment to Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman.

“I think the legacy of Kuya Germs [is unlike any other]. He started it all from That’s Entertainment. He molded the kids, the superstars of today. And the kids that you saw in Walang Tulugan, may mga naka-cross over na rin [to bigger opportunities],” John shared.

Lastly, he honors his uncle who helped shape showbiz into the industry it is now.

“I think an era also ended… I’m really gonna miss him,” he concluded.

The Master Showman’s Final Bow will air on GMA Network tonight, February 26 at 10 p.m.
