Iya Villania describes how she transformed her workout program as a pregnant mom

Iya Villania explains the changes she made in her fitness routine now that she's pregnant with her first child with Drew Arellano.

According to the soon-to-be-mom, she pursued the same routine with a little bit of alteration. She said, "I carried on with what I was doing before I got pregnant. The only difference is I toned it down a bit by 30%.”

The Because of You star said that it is important to listen to your body whether your pregnant or not in doing fitness routines.
 
She discussed, “Magaling naman 'yung paggawa ni Lord sa katawan natin eh, so we just have to listen and be sensitive and adjust as we go along.”
