Actor and senatorial candidate Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. has accepted defeat in the recently concluded Eleksyon 2025.

“Hello and good afternoon, everyone. Andito tayo ngayon sa farm, okay naman po ako. Ganu'n talaga, but I would like to congratulate lahat ng mga nananalo na mga kaibigan ko,” Bong said in a Facebook live video on May 15, Thursday.

Then, the outgoing senator congratulated his fellow senatorial candidates leading the partial and unofficial counting of votes.

These include incumbent senators Bato dela Rosa, Bong Go, Imee Marcos, Lito Lapid, and Pia Cayetano as well as Bam Aquino, Erwin Tulfo, Kiko Pangilinan, Ping Lacson, Rodante Marcoleta, Tito Sotto, and Camille Villar.

He also thanked everyone who supported him in his senatorial race and left a message to them.

“Bagmat tayo'y hindi pinalad, okay lang po 'yun. Ang importante po ngayon ay magkaisa para sa bayan. I-solve natin 'yung tunay na problema ng bayan. Sana magkaisa, magkaayos din,” Bong said.

The actor-politician said that he will continue to help as much as he can, adding that he has accepted anything that has happened in the elections.

“Kung ano man po ang nangyari e tanggap natin 'yan. Ang importante ay masaya tayo. Tama na ' yung gibaan, let's move forward para sa bayan, para sa bansa. Nagsalita na ang bawat isa, atin pong dapat pakinggan. Ang importante, mahalin natin ang Pilipinas,” Bong said.

He also assured everyone that he does not have any resentment and that he loves everyone. He also shared that God may have plans for him, including giving him time for his family and his grandson.

His son, actor and Cavite's first district representative Jolo Revilla, expressed gratitude to Bong's supporters during the elections.

“Sadyang may panahon para sa lahat at gagamitin natin ang panahong ito para mas palalimin pa ang ating pananampalataya sa Maykapal, at pagningasin pa ang apoy ng paglilingkod at pagmamahal sa ating nag-iisang bansa,” he wrote on his Facebook post earlier, May 15.

He then expressed his hope and wish that the people's support and love for his father would not waver, adding that it is their inspiration to continue helping the Filipinos.
