Her secret? The Kapuso actress seems to be participating in celebrity trainer and fitness expert Coach Froilan A. Dioso’s body sculpting workout. 

And we’re seeing great results so far! 

Currently, Max Collins is preparing for her role as Irene Montenegro in the upcoming GMA teleserye, Someone To Watch Over Me.
