Filipina English tutor, became Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun's teacher in the Philippines?

Kim Soo Hyun International Fanclub’s Facebook page shared a photo of Kim Soo-hyun and a woman who is said to be his English teacher in the Philippines.
 
They allegedly wrote, “A FB user today shared a picture of Kim Soo Hyun from his young time. The caption said that the woman in pictures is his friend and became Kim Soo Hyun English tutor in Philippines. She said he was so handsome with cute dimple. And his mom also beautiful. He stayed in Manila for a while because his mom's business there. He was 16-19 years and has worked as model at the time.”

Kim Soo-hyun starred in the popular Korean dramas Dream High, The Moon Embracing the Sun, and My Love from the Star. The actor rose to stardom in the Philippines due to his role as the lovable alien Matteo Do in My Love from the Star.
