Kapuso drama series, patuloy na mamamayagpag ngayong 2017
Sa naganap na press conference ng GMA Entertainment TV Drama Group ngayong araw, January 16, kumpyansa ang GMA executives na patuloy ang pamamayagpag ng mga Kapuso drama series ngayong taong 2017.

Ani GMA Senior Vice President (SVP) Lilybeth G. Rasonable, committed sila sa pagbibigay ng bago o di kaya’y pasok sa panlasa ng kanilang mga manonood.
Pahayag ni Rasonable, “As producers and as programmers, you try to give something different to the audience. But more than that, it’s always trying to give something different to the audience, whether or not [pare-pareho nalang ang napapanood]. ‘Yun ‘yung palaging nire-require of us when we which pitch to top management. One of the things they always ask is ‘Why will they watch your program? What’s different about it? What’s attractive about it? Pare-pareho nalang ba?’”
Para sa first quarter ng 2017, ipapagpatuloy raw ng GMA ang ginawang programming noong nakaraang taon.
Wika ni Rasonable, “Yes, kasi talagang ‘yun pa rin ang gusto ng tao but as I said, it’s just the first quarter. Every time we always read what the audience wants. There is no stopping us from trying something different on primetime also, not necessarily a drama. Even last year we were discussing these things."
"So if there’s something that’s really really good that we can put on primetime that is not a drama, then the network is always open to that,” patuloy niya.
