GMA Entertainment TV Drama Group confirmed the launch of Mulawin versus Ravena this 2017 through a press conference held at GMA Network Center Building yesterday, January 16.

According to Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable, the team considers this telefantasya as the biggest show of the Kapuso network this year. "In terms of production talaga, definitely it would be Mulawin versus Ravena," she shared.
The return of the hit GMA telefantasya in 2005 will be top billed by Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo. Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid will be joining her first full-length telefantasya.
Joining them are Kapuso love teams Miguel Tanfelix and Bianca Umali; Derrick Monasterio and Bea Binene. Also part of the stellar cast members are Heart Evangelista and Kiko Estrada.
Mulawin versus Ravena will be under the helm of GMA acclaimed directors Dominic Zapata and Don Michael Perez and will be headed by Senior Program Manager Helen Rose Sese.
