Bong Revilla is Abel, isang secret agent who handles cases that are out of the ordinary. Mala-X-files ang dating. His investigations usually involve weird happenings and paranormal activites. By day, isa siyang simpleng jeep driver pero by night, he is the agent that saves our metro from being overrun by evil beings and creatures. His boss is Leo Martinez, also a jeep driver, who gives Abel his assignments.
Bukod sa kanyang double identity, isa rin siyang ulirang ama. He is the caring father of two kids whose mother dies when they were young. His eldest is daughter is played by Sarah Alabhati, who loves to read books especially Harry Potter. Vivid ang imagination ng batang ito. The youngest naman ay ang makulit na si Popoy Bardos.
Abel needs someone who will take care of his children. So he hires Candy who is played by the sexy Rufa Mae Quinto. Si Candy ay parang tatanga-tanga at walang alam sa mundo. Dahil dito, employee and employer would always fight because it seems that Candy never does anything right. What Abel does not know is that Candy is actually a witch.
Candy is actually Ziporah, the daughter of the queen, who is played by Ms. Hilda Koronel in the realm of white witches. But she renounced her most of her powers and her crown because she wants to be normal. She does not want to become a witch, much more, the queen of all witches.
Here in this crazy world, where things are not always what they seem, the story of Abel and Candy slowly unfolds. They are joined by other colorful characters, such as Abel’s niece, played by Yasmien Kurdi whose only interest is witchcraft and magic. She does not notice how in love their neighbor, Prince – played by Rainier Castillo -- is with her. There is Abel’s sidekick portrayed by Antonio Aquitania and the none-too-friendly neighborhood sari-sari store owner, Kaye Brosas. Add to this motley crew the antics of Diego Llorico and what you have is a mix of drama, romance, and comedy, with a dash of magic that will surely make your Saturday nights sizzle after Imbestigador.
