WATCH: Miss Universe candidates, matindi na ang pagsasanay para sa kompetisyon!
Puspusan na ang pag-eensayo ng mga kandidata ng 65th Miss Universe para sa preliminaries at coronation night na magaganap na sa January 30 sa Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
Nakatsikahan ni GMA News reporter Connie Sison si Lu Sierra na isang dekada nang runway coach ng Miss Universe patungkol sa rehearsal ng 86 na kandidata.
“If we’re to be honest, I have girls who have already given up. We can see it when they walk that they’ve given up. And then I have some girls that thrive, they’re like thoroughbreds. In the beginning, it’s ‘I love you, you love me, we love each other,’ and now they’re thriving,” bungad ng pageant coach.
Hinimok ng runway expert na huwag silang sumuko lalo na’t nalalapit na ang gabing pinakahihintay ng lahat. Naging istrikta pa umano siya sa pagsasanay dahil sasabak na sa swimsuit, long gown at question and answer ang mga kandidata.
“It just hit them that tomorrow is interview competition and then preliminary. They have some concerns, but it’s because they hear the other girls, and they get nervous that they’re not doing the right thing,” bahagi ng runway expert.
Nakapanayam din ng 24 Oras reporter si Miss Hungary Veronika Bodizs na siyang excited na para sa kompetisyon, “I feel excited, you know, it’s different than nervous because [being nervous] can take away the energy, but [being] excited [gives] you the energy.”
Nalalapit na ang the most beautiful night sa January 30 at ito ay mapapanood live sa GMA ng 8:00 a.m.
