What's the one thing Gabbi Garcia hates about Ruru Madrid?

By FELIX ILAYA

With her much coveted role as Alena on Encantadia and a picture-perfect Instagram account (which is now a million followers strong), all eyes are on rising Kapuso princess Gabbi Garcia. Due to her rising presence, online publication Preen got together with Gabbi to get to know the young actress better.

Gabbi celebrated her debut last December and they wanted to know what the best thing is about turning 18 and she said, "Honestly, my decisions changed. It surprised me that turning 18 changed me. I became more open-minded about things."

She also talked about her relationship with her castmates in Encantadia.

According to her, "Right now, the Sang'gres in Encantadia are close. Kylie [Padilla] and I get to bond even outside of taping. We always eat out. We love Japanese cuisine."
Gabbi adds, "She’s an introvert and [I’m an] extrovert. We talk a lot between scenes and our conversations are deep, sensible. I treasure those conversations."

The Kapuso actress also shared one thing she dislikes about her on-screen partner, Ruru Madrid.

"He’s too kind. I think some people abuse him because he’s too kind. Sometimes, he can’t stand his ground because he’s too nice. [Unlike me,] I am straight to the point and when I want to say something, [I say it.] Ruru thinks that he might hurt someone," said Gabbi.
