Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho tied the knot in a civil wedding, and Scarlet Snow Belo was a witness to their union.
 
The celebrity doctors are now married, and the ceremony was officiated by Makati Mayor Abby Binay. 

“I was afraid that I would feel like I would lose my freedom by getting married. Instead I feel joyful and free,” Vicki shared on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Hayden announced that he is #OfficiallyOffTheMarket. 

Scarlet also shared a snap on her account, and it seemed she was tasked to ask the big question.
 
She wrote, “Do you, Mommy, take Daddy as your lawfully wedded husband? Yes or yes yes yes?”
