Tom Rodriguez on renewing GMA contract: 'It's the right fit for me'

Tom Rodriguez renewed his contact with the Kapuso network today, June 27, in the presence of his manager Popoy Caritativo, GMA Network Chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, President and COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., and Entertainment SVP Lilybeth G. Rasonable.

For Tom, he has found a home and a playground in GMA.
 
“I feel very very much at home here… Everyone is just so nurturing and supportive. Ang gandang environment so feeling mo may playground ka to stretch your arms and really feel the space. I love it,” he said in an interview with 24 Oras’ Aubrey Carampel.
 
He values the trust that the network gives him, and appreciates how he is able to improve his personal life and professional career since he began with GMA.
 
“Paulit-ulit ko ‘tong sinasabi and every single time I say it, I mean it. I’m very thankful na ang dami talagang trusted projects that GMA has been giving me consistently na it forces me to stretch and grow, not just as a person but as a newbie actor trying to hone his craft, I’m very glad that GMA not only gambles on me continuously and trusts me, but [also] gives me the platform to spread my wings and not just enjoy my work, pero even to learn and grow from it,” he added.
 
The network, for him, is like a missing piece to his puzzle, and he is grateful to be where he is.
 
“I really do feel like it’s the right fit for me kaya I’m very happy that I’ve been given another opportunity to cement my place here,” he concluded.
