By Maine Aquino

Thank you for the three fun and fruitful years learning with me how to cook fabulous meals for our families.

Aniya, "I will miss the people the most whom I learned kitchen dynamics from and built relationships with over food. I will miss the simple fried GG [galungong] with kamatis, toyo, sibuyas, silantro, sawsawan, and nilaga for our traditional lunch to making the most tiring but gratifying boodles and grandiose feasts. Thank you for accepting me when I was a newbie in the hot kitchen, guiding me until I could soar."

"I learned humility, teamwork, and passion. Love for what you do and passion for it takes you to places if you just focus on your work. In humility, never thinking highly of yourself while helping your co-workers and doing beyond what is expected of you. ISK is not what it is because of Chef Boy and I, we are merely the hosts, on-cam talents, 80 percent of the work is done by our production and back kitchen. They work the hardest and only because of teamwork and passion that ISK is the longest running cooking show."

Aniya, "More and more cooking online! I am praying also to write a cookbook. Please pray with me on this."
