EXCLUSIVE: GMA Network executive Lilybeth G. Rasonable, hindi apektado sa paglipat ng ilang talents sa ibang network

Sa eksklusibong panayam ng GMANetwork.com, nagbigay ng pahayag ang GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment TV Lilybeth G. Rasonable na hindi apektado ang network sa ginagawang paglipat ng ilang artists sa ibang network.

Aniya, “It is true that some artists who are no longer with GMA are now with the other network. In the same manner, some artists from the other network are already now with GMA. This is a reality of our business."

Kamakailan ay naging mainit na topic ang komento ng isang komedyante na tila kumukwestiyon sa dahilan ng paglipat ng mga talent ng GMA sa ibang network. 

Tuwid ang naging sagot ni Ms. Rasonable. "We’re not affected by the joke. As I said, it is a fact that there are some artists who used to be with GMA but for one reason or another are not with the network anymore. Some contracts were not renewed, some artists were released."

Dagdag pa ng GMA executive: "Because they are already freelancers, they are free to work in other networks or entities, wherever the work takes them.”

“I guess it’s just given a lot of color because of all these people siguro taking sides... pero in fact, it’s a normal occurrence in the industry. It has been happening for a long time now, this is nothing new,” dugtong din niya.

Sa naging pahayag ni Ms. Rasonable, malinaw na hindi isyu ang nangyayaring lipatan ng mga talents. Sa katunayan, bukas din ang Kapuso network sa pagtanggap ng mga artista mula sa ibang network.

“I need not mention all the names of everybody who came from the other network who are with us now. Yes, we welcome good talent. If we think we have the right projects for them and they are a positive addition to our roster of talents, yes we will sign them up even if they come from other networks.”

At para naman sa mga artists ng Kapuso network na nananatiling loyal, ito naman ang mensahe ng GMA executive.

Aniya, “We are deeply gratified by your loyalty and professionalism. Mahal namin kayo. Your continued commitment and dedication to your craft, our Kapuso audience and to GMA is something that we are very proud of.”
