As the nation celebrates the 34th death anniversary of Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr., Kris Aquino receives an unexpected letter from Malacanang.

The Queen of All Media is the youngest daughter of Ninoy Aquino and former President Corazon Aquino.

She wrote on her social media account: "Honestly this message from the palace was unexpected BUT very much appreciated. As a daughter, these words recognizing our father's place in Philippine history & democracy were exceptionally heartwarming. #grateful"
