READ: Marjorie Barretto's heartfelt birthday message for her firstborn, Dani

Fashion blogger Dani Barretto recently celebrated her 24th birthday and her mom Marjorie didn't miss the chance to greet her darling daughter. The former actress took to Instagram her heartfelt message.

She wrote: "I was just 19 yrs old when I had Dani. I was a kid myself, but instead of nights out and parties, I had to grow up as fast as I could, and work twice as hard to support and provide for her. Now, 24 years later and many more children after... I still have no regrets, I just have wishes and prayers that all I advice to my children will not fall on deaf ears..."

Dani is Marjorie's daughter with actor Kier Legaspi. Marjorie has three more children with then husband Dennis Padilla namely, Julia, Claudia, and Leon.

Marjorie went on: "I pray Dani, that you will believe me when I say, I only want the BEST for you. It's been a roller coaster ride the past year for us, but one thing will remain, at the end of the day, I will still be the one who will love you the most out of everyone in this world. I was the first one to fight for you and stand up for you the very moment you were born, and till my dying day, I will still be the last man standing for you. Know that I love you... no matter how hard headed you are. Happy birthday! I hope this year, it's my birthday wishes for you that will come true."

Dani, in return, thanked her mother for never giving up on her.

"Thank you for never giving up on me, for standing by me and for teaching me everything that I know. I love you so much, mommy."
