Pinay beauty queen Rachel Peters might have failed to secure the fourth crown of the Philippines in the Miss Universe pageant but she has done so much more to represent the country to the best of her abilities.

Former Miss World 2013 Megan Young took to Twitter to congratulate Rachel for being a wonderful representative in the prestigious competition.
