Presidential granddaughter Isabelle Duterte celebrated her 18th birthday on January 19 at the Peninsula Manila hotel.

She wore a fantastic ombré cobalt blue ball gown by Dubai-based fashion designer Michael Cinco. The ball gown was studded with full degrade Swarovski crystals according to Cinco's post on Instagram.
