Queenie defended her father Robin Padilla after he was heavily criticized in a reality talent competition. In the show, the action star urged the Korean auditionee to speak in Tagalog.

His critics took it negatively, and even attacked his family members, including his one-year-old daughter, Baby Maria Isabella Padilla. His wife Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla and daughter Queenie came to his defense.

Kylie Padilla’s sister hit back on a basher who said his father is all talk and no show, “’Di mo kilala ang tatay ko!!! Kung alam mo lang! Wish ni Papa na magaling kami mag-Tagalog! Nag-hire pa nga siya ng Tagalog teacher sa amin dati para matuto kami!!! I-bash niyo ako, ‘wag lang ang tatay ko!!! Sobra na kayong mga bashers!!! Sobra kayong assuming!!! Pati pa bunsong kapatid ko [ay] dinamay niyo pa!!!”
