Joaquin Bordado, the titular character had his first hunt challenge: former colleague Daniel who had the power to stop time, and everyone else, in its tracks. But as Joaquin circled in on Daniel, the slippery ex-soldier managed to keep outrunning him—until Erenea pinned him to the ground with her arrows. Joaquin succeeded in siphoning the Xelvarrian powers from Daniel, while keeping the man alive. But with Joaquin gone, no one was left to save Daniel from the greedy hands of General Russo. Jerome had his own taste of the powers from Xelvarria, managing to conjure dark creatures through his anger. An ability that has got Jilco worried. Meanwhile, Carol began to dig into the mysterious Sofia Apacible’s life. After being mistaken for the woman for so many times, and after uncovering one of her husband’s many lies, Carol was curious as to who the woman really was—and why she was being mistaken for her all the time. And after Andeng tells Cecile the truth about her suitor, Jason had lost his last hold on his sanity.
