There's really no stopping fashionista Heart Evangelista!

A few days ago, she teased her followers about going off on her next trip.

She finally revealed her destination to be Milan, Italy. "Stepping back into Italy like… It's so good to be back! 🇮🇹#MFW," she writes.

Heart is in Milan for Fashion Week and was even spotted going to the runway show of Ferragamo.

Heart was recently in the US for New York Fashion Week. Earlier this year, she also visited France for Paris Fashion Week.
