Netizens were quick to point out that Ciara Sotto is with a mystery guy in the groufie.
Friends of the Sotto family and several netizens started commenting about the person standing beside Ciara. Some even speculated that the former T.G.I.S star is already dating again. But as of writing, the daughter of Tito Sotto has not revealed anything about the identity of the mystery person yet.
