A Triumphant Farewell to Joaquin Bordado

With the wrap-up of Joaquin Bordado, Robin has this to say during his six months of working with the cast and crew: "Palitan lang ‘yan, may natutunan sila sa akin, may natutunan ako sa kanila. A remake in the offing When asked about his soon-to-start shooting for the movie, Totoy Bato, Robin talks about his future co-star in the said film, Manny Pacquaio: "Actually matagal na kaming hindi nagkita. Also asked if Sunshine Dizon would be one of the cast of Totoy Bato, Robin sounds optimistic. Forever a family man Robin is also being a concerned father when it comes to his daughter, Kylie Padilla’s showbiz career. Dahan-dahan lang" is Robin’s reply when told to comment about Viva Films' plan to star her in a launching movie in the near future. Asked how he spent their wedding anniversary with his wife, Leizel Sycangco, Robin jokes: "Okey naman kasi wala ako, nasa anu ako, nasa Calatagan ako." But on a serious note, he adds: "Wala akong pinapangarap kundi bakasyon kasama ang pamilya ko, oo, ayun." Maraming maraming salamat!" is all that Robin can say in expressing his gratitude to all his fans and supporters, which is the primary reason for the success of Joaquin Bordado--Proof positive of Robin’s dedication in whatever project he undertakes and his appreciation for everything and everyone who has been a part of his success.
