READ: Agot Isidro teases followers about running for public office: 'Ihanda na ang mga banderitas!'

Agot Isidro is one of the celebrities expected to run for the Senate in 2019.

However, her fans would probably be disappointed as she failed to file her certificate of candidacy, which ended yesterday, October 17.

On the last day of filing, the actress teased her followers with a photo taken at Zion National Park in Utah, U.S.A.

“Waiting for my bus to Comelec. Ihanda na ang mga banderitas! [laughing emoticons]” she jokingly wrote on the caption.

Then, she wished good luck to the candidates and to Filipinos.

Agot said, “Seriously, good luck sa mga kakandidato. More importantly, good luck sa mamamayang Pilipino!”

The Changing Partners actress was included in the list of possible senatorial candidates of the minority Liberal Party.

However, in a previous interview, Agot said she is enjoying her work as an actress.

She also mentioned, “Parang hindi yata enjoy masyado ang Senado.”
