Kris Aquino to attend preliminary hearing of her complaint vs financial abuser

By Nherz Almo

Aniya, “In advance i apologize, i have the flu-but i'll show up because JUSTICE DELAYED is JUSTICE DENIED.”

“If you're going to go back to your strategy of using your PR connections to defame him, be careful what you wish for you just might get the publicity you so crave.

Sa statement na kaniyang binasa, sabi ni Falcis, “My brother, Nicardo Falcis II, did not commit 44 counts of qualified theft under Article 310, in relation to Articles 308 and 309, of the Revised Penal Code whether for 1.2 million pesos or any amount.”

Sa naunang statement na inilabas ng kampo ni Kris, inakusahan si Nicko Falcis na, “exploiting his position of trust and confidence” dahil sa paggamit niya ng corporate credit card account ng Kristina C. Aquino Productions o KCAP para sa kaniyang personal expenses.

Nakasaad umano sa reklamo ni Kris, “In all, respondent had charged P1,270,980.31 to the KCAP Card for personal expenses without my consent.

“Prior to my discovery of these expenses and demand for their payment, respondent neither informed me about them nor undertook or made arrangements to settle them.”

Pero giit ni Jesus Falcis, “That cannot be qualified theft. There can be no qualified theft with a credit card charge. At most, it's an utang! Common sense for people, utang ang credit charge.”

Aniya, “If my brother uses Nicardo Falcis II, it doesn't mean that he's not authorized because ang practice din nila, when they opened that account, my brother can charge under his own name but ultimately chargeable to KCAP.

“My point is, Kris knows that if my brother has a charge that is purely personal, in the meantime, it's okay but, 'pay me later.'”

“So, I don't know why she's filing these cases, 'no? My brother, again, will be the one to say why she's filing these cases in retaliation, out of spite, whatever.”

Sabi ni Falcis, “The check that was actually issued was for PHP437,000. So, that is, what is out of goodwill, my brother will not… 'Okay, if you say that is not justified I'll pay it.'”

“Contrary to the claims of Ms. Aquino and her lawyers, my brother staying abroad is not an indication of guilt. She took away my brother from our family. My brother is forced to stay abroad because of serious threat to his person and his safety.”

Aniya, “My brother helped Ms. Aquino a lot. Her digital… Facebook webisodes, branded endorsement deals… my brother closed 54 brands for Ms. Aquino.

“Including Crazy Rich Asians. Of course, he's not the only one ha. I'm not saying my brother is the only one who delivered CRA or Crazy Rich Asians, but he was part of it.”

"We will continuously answer the legal charges and follow due process, our family is a strong believer of due process."

Sinabi rin niya na, "We are open to a settlement or amicable agreement."
