And for Camille Prats, who plays the role of the lonesome Lily opposite Marvin Agustin’s Louie and Diana Zubiri’s Elsa, it is only a sign of the good things happening both in her personal life and career. "I consider it the biggest blessing that I have received this year, apart from having my child nung January and this one (her role in Gaano) naman come June. Birthday gift sa akin ni Lord. Sobrang, I'm very, very happy," she states. In fact, due to Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan's popularity, she is now recognizable to the public whenever she goes out as her character Lily, which for her is flattering. This appreciation does not even detract her from some alleged rumors she took her role away from Sunshine Dizon who was reportedly the original actress considered for the part of Lily. "But for me, it was offerred to me, hindi ko naman po sinabi na, alam nyo yun, wala po namang sulutan na nangyari, it was offered to me, I accepted it. And when I accepted the role I didn't know anything that was going on between their parties," she clarified. Camille even is seriously considering working alongside Sunshine if ever the opportunity comes her way. "Syempre, I'll be looking forward to that. Kasi si Ate Sunshine naman, ano eh, alam naman natin kung gaano siya kagaling na artista, kung gaano siya kagaling umarte. And, you know, I would want to work with her someday," says Camille, expressing her respect for her fellow actress. Assurances, as well, were given by Sunshine's camp that there exist no bad feelings towards Camille whatsoever and that Sunshine completely understands whatever transpired during the selection of artists to reprise the roles of this 80’s classic drama.
