READ: Ken Chan remembers 'Kuya Germs' in signing with GMA Music

Ken Chan honored the memory of the late Master Showman German “Kuya Germs” Moreno as he begins a new chapter in his career as a recording artist.

Ken was signed as the newest talent under GMA Music yesterday, January 8, which was also the death anniversary of his father figure in showbiz, Kuya Germs.

On his Instagram post, Ken wrote, “Today, January 8, 2019, is a day that marks two special moments for me, the 3rd anniversary of Kuya Germs passing and my contract signing with GMA Music.

“While the former contrasts the latter in sentiment, these two memories hold great meaning to me and will stay with me forever.”

He added, “I wanted to take the chance to thank Kuya Germs for everything that you have done for me to get to this point and to thank GMA Network, GMA Artist Center and GMA Music, for your continued trust and belief in me. May the glory be all his. Maraming salamat po sa inyo! God Bless.”
