KMJS meets Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray in New York

Lumipad ang Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho team papuntang New York City para muling makapanayam si Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

Kumusta naman kaya si Catriona ngayong nasa New York na siya't nag-uumpisa na sa activities bilang Miss Universe?

Ayon kay Catriona, “It's just been amazing, the Miss Universe organization has made the adjustment feel very smooth, they've looked after me. I moved into my apartment, and it's a beautiful location.”

Ibinahagi rin ni Catriona kung bakit mukhang napakakalmado niya kahit nasa kalagitnaan ng pageant.

“It's my job as a Miss Philippines, I evenly spaced it out so I would never be overwhelmed because I want to represent the Philippines in the best way I can,” aniya.

Sang-ayon naman dito ang KMJS host na si Jessica Soho, “You make it all look so easy but what people probably don't know is, it wasn't an easy climb to the top for you.”

Saad ni Catriona, “No, of course it's not and I think it never is. People like to see and judge it from a perception or what they see from the media--the glitz and the glam.

“But they don't see the months of work behind it, the people that have helped me along this journey. I have a whole team of people who help me do what I do.”

Tunay na dream come true raw kay Catriona ang pagkapanalo sa Miss Universe.

Aniya, “As a Miss Universe participant, this is the dream that 94 of us are grasping for and I feel so grateful that I'm able to realize it.”

Dagdag niya, “Now, I'm so blessed to be given such a wider and larger audience because being an advocate, being a spokesperson has really been the core of being a Miss Philippines.”
