Cindy Kurleto sees Solenn Heussaff as "much younger, much prettier, and more talented than me."
Cindy Kurleto considers playing the role of Cassioepeia in the fantaseries Encantadia one of the happiest moments that she has experienced in her showbiz career.
Cindy, now 40, feels proud and grateful that the iconic character she portrayed 13 years ago left a lasting impact on Pinoy televiewers.
"Most of you are in contact with me over social media and I love the feedback that I'm getting.
"I'm so surprised of how many of you still remember me and even the millennials seem to know Cassiopeia.
"Thank you so much, thank you for all the love," Cindy told reporters during the launch of her newest endorsement.
The former actress and TV host revealed that it was also her fans who updated her when Encantadia was about to have a remake.
What does she think of the new Cassiopeia that was played by Solenn Heussaff?
"I really think she is a super cool choice," she gushed.
Does Cindy mind being compared with the 33-year-old actress since they have so much in common?
She abruptly responded, "Oh my goodness, not at all!
"She's a woman who's years younger than me. Hello, that's flattering!
"I don't really have to be compared with someone who is much younger, much prettier, and more talented than me.
"I heard she's an artist as well.
"In fact, I love to meet her. We have friends in common." Cindy added.
