EXCLUSIVE: Derek Ramsay on doing films: 'You can take more risks'

The Fil-British hottie was part of several films that Pinoys grew to love, like No Other Woman, English Only, Please, and All of You.

In fact, Derek's acting prowess was recognized through his film projects. He won the the Metro Manila Film Festival Best Actor award twice--in 2014 for English Only, Please, and in 2017 for All of You.

In his exclusive chat with GMANetwork.com, the Kapuso actor revealed some of the reasons why he loves doing films.

He said, “Kasi you have more time to bring out better quality movies. Sa teleserye you are pressured by 'Okay, we need to finish all of these.' It's harder.

“But with films puwede mo tutukan, sa teleserye puwede mo dayain kasi maliit lang 'yung screen. The big screen doesn't lie and I think you can take more risks in films.”
